Our office is localized in 7000 SW 97th Ave. Ste 201 Miami, FL 33173 and we started our services as Primary Care Attention since March 2022. We also have associated with a Research Company in our office with an experience of 10 years conducting several research studies.
We have two health care providers: Dr Marianela De La Portilla, Medical Doctor and Itsel Cardenas Ramon, Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse (Family Medicine) who is also graduated as Medical Doctor from the University of Medicine in Havana, Cuba. Both professionals offer excellent and competitive services to all their patients.

Dr Marianela De La Portilla, Medical Doctor
Dr De La Portilla is a Family Medicine Physician that provides Primary Health Care with more than 40 years of experience in this type of attention, and she is the Medical Director of Genoma Medical Group, Corp. Dr De La Portilla assists each patient in a personalized way.
Dr De La Portilla is graduated from Medical University of Cuba in 1975 and has a Board Certification from Department of Professional Regulation Board of Medicine, FL USA (1992), therefore her cares are of high professionalism.
She also works as Medical Director at Genoma Research Group, Inc with 11 years of experience in research as Investigator.

Itsel Cardenas Ramon, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Foreign Medical Doctor and Vice President of Genoma Medical Group, Corp.
FNP Itsel Cardenas is a Family Medicine provider that offers Primary Health Care with excellent professional preparation. She is graduated of Medicine for 33 years from University of Medicine in Cuba (1989), specialist in Family Medicine (1994 in Cuba) and Obstetric and Gynecologist (2000, in Cuba). She also is Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020, from Ana G. Mendez University, Florida, USA.
FNP Cardenas, provides primary health care, as well as women’s healthcare, and contraception counseling. This practitioner is also certified to perform insertion and removal of intrauterine device (Contraception Method) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Nursing and Health Studies.
She also works as Investigator at Genoma Research Group, Inc with 11 years of experience in research.

Laura Lucia, Office Manager, has a Bachelor in Health Science and Phlebotomy Technician Certified.
Laura Lucia is graduated of Phlebotomy Technician Certified from Genesis Vocational Institute, Miami, FL, 2012, registered Medical Assistant on March 8 , 2023 , and graduated as Bachelor of Health Sciences from Nova Southeastern University, USA, 2021.
She provides an excellent attention in collection of the Laboratory tests indicated by the PCP and offers a professional and fair care with your copays, as required by your health insurance.
She also has 10 years of experience as Clinical Research Coordinator at Genoma Research Group, Inc

Patricia Garrido, Assistant of Office Manager and Bachelor of Accountancy.
She is graduated of Associates of Sciences from Florida National University (2017), and Bachelor of Accountancy from Florida National University, too (2018). She has an extensive experience in all management of the administrative tasks in medical office, assisting to the Office Manager.
She also has 8 years of experience as Clinical Research Coordinator at Genoma Research Group, Inc

Elena Guerra, is a Phlebotomy Technician Certified (PTC), and Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) of the office.
She is graduated of PTC since 2016, Miami, FL, USA; and as RMA since 2016 too, in Miami, FL, USA.
She provides an excellent attention in collection of the Laboratory tests indicated by the PCP, as well as taking vital signs, perform Electrocardiogram.

Maria Pieri, is a Phlebotomy Technician Certified, and Registered Medical Assistant of the office.
She is graduated of PTC from Florida International Association, Inc since 2021, Miami, FL, USA; and as RMA since 2016 too, in Miami, FL, USA.
She assists to all patients in their appointments, all management of their health insurances, provides an excellent attention in collection of the Laboratory tests indicated by the PCP, as well as taking vital signs and perform Electrocardiogram.
